The status page displays:

• The status of all connected services (App, Server, API, etc.)

• Response time, DNS, TCP, and TLS metrics

• Uptime and incident history

• Regional performance breakdown (if geo-monitoring is enabled)

• Maintenance or scheduled downtime announcements

You can:

• Upload a logo and favicon

• Configure the color scheme (background, text, headings, widgets)

• Add a company description and website link

• Choose which blocks and services are displayed

• Use your own domain (available on the Company plan and above)

• Open the Page health → General tab

• Enter your domain (e.g., status.yourdomain.com)

• Set the “System domain” option to no

• Follow the DNS instructions (click the Instruction DNS button)

• Confirm the changes — and that’s it!

• Avg Response Time — the full server response time

• DNS Lookup — time required to resolve the domain name

• TCP Connection — time to establish a connection

• TLS Handshake — time to establish a secure HTTPS connection

• Status Distribution — distribution of response codes (e.g., 200 OK, 500 Error, 0 No Response)

• The incident is shown on the status page
