- Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the site or to interfere with the site`s operations.
- Collecting data from other users without permission.
If you add a website or service to upmon.app for monitoring, you assume full responsibility for ensuring that such monitoring is lawful and does not cause undue harm or overload to the target. Any misuse of upmon.app for abusive purposes may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on upmon.app, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of upmon.app and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our permission.
